Step 1: In the menu screen, click on Bazaar.

Step 2: Enter your Username and Password that you would have got by e-mail as part of your registration process.

Step 3: Once you log into your Yeldi account, a file with pop-up with an Install alert. Just click it and you will have the application installed on your device.

Ans:

i. Error: Card already issued or Invalid Card

Meaning: Card that you try to currently issue has already been issued to another customer.

Solution: Issue another new Card for the customer.

ii. Error: Customer already registered

Meaning: Customer is already holding a Card against this mobile number.

Solution: Advice the customer to provide another mobile number to issue a new Card.

iii. Error: Invalid Customer or Customer is Blocked or Closed Status

Meaning: Either the customer is blocked or customer is not issued with a Card or the Card is expired.

Solution: Advise the customer to provide another mobile number to issue a new Card.

iv. Error: Insufficient Outlet Balance

Meaning: The virtual cash deposit in the outlet account of Yeldi Merchant Balance is insufficient.

Solution: Please mail (or) call Yeldi to virtually replenish the cash deposit amount to proceed with the transaction.

v. Error: Invoice number already in use

Meaning: Invoice number entered has already been used for another payment.

Solution: Enter the correct invoice number as mentioned in the invoice document.

Ans:

i. Challenge: When you open the Yeldi NFC READER application, if you are prompted with the alert box Terminal not configured...

Solution:

  • Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications
  • Select all -> choose the application -> Click 'Clear Data' once done, check the internet connectivity and restart the application.

ii. Challenge: When you operate the application, if you get the below error..

Force Close

Solution: just click Force close and then open the application.

iii. Challenge: On opening the application in Yeldi NFC READER, if you get the below alert..

Solution: Check if your internet connectivity is enabled. If not, enable it by just clicking the Wi-Fi or Data Connectivity icon.

If you are prompted with the same alert even after the mobile data is enabled,

  • Go to Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names (APN)
  • To add a new APN setting, go to Settings again -> click New APN.
  • You may even edit the existing APN by selecting the Edit option. You need to make necessary changes in relevant fields at the Edit access point.

In case your service provider is Vodafone

Name -> Vodafone

APN -> live.vodafone.in

In case your service provider is Airtel

Name -> Airtel

APN -> airtelgprs.com

In case your service provider is Idea

Name -> Idea

APN -> imis

Once mobile data is enabled, go to the browser and open any URL to check if the network signal works proper and then open the application.

  • Walk in to any Yeldi-authorised outlet and pay cash over the counter and handover your card to the cashier. The cashier will add the entire amount to your YeldiPay card. No service fee is charged.
  • Log on www.yeldi.com and sign in to your account. You could use the ‘Add Money’ option to transfer money from your Debit / Credit card to your YeldiPay card.
  • Use the YeldiPay app to add money from your Debit / Credit card.

Yes, just like all other good things in life. You can add up to Rs.10,000 to your YeldiPay card in a month. And at any given point of time, your card balance cannot exceed Rs.10,000. However, we are working on a full KYC premium version of the YeldiPay card which could hold a balance of up to Rs.1,00,000. We will keep you posted once we launch this product.

Look for stores that display the YeldiPay card sign. Shop all you want and produce your YeldiPay card when you want to pay. The cashier will take your card and ‘tap’ it on his / her Yeldi NFC reader.
